Web Summit

Three days, 1,000 speakers, over 42,000 attendees: the Web Summit needed a robust digital wayfinding system to make sure everything stayed on track. That’s where we came in. We were excited to be tasked with the creation of a digital signage system for the 2015 event at the RDS in Dublin. The system included a staggering 40 ceiling-mounted screens, complex schedule management, time-triggered events and the ability to make on-the-fly timetable changes. From sourcing the hardware, creating the onscreen visuals, to managing the system during the event, we made sure attendees could find their way around the biggest tech conference in Europe.
